Q: What are your operating hours?

A: Our operating hours are 5am to 5pm 7 days a week, including Public Holidays. Bookings on Public Holidays will incur a 10% surcharge

Q: Do you provide baby seats?

A: Yes, we provide baby seats for children from the ages of 6 months to 8 years and we also provide booster seats at an extra cost of $5 each. Please ensure that you make a request for a baby seat or booster seat at the time of your booking.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A:  No refunds will be given for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pick up time. For further information please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.

Q: What time do I need to be at the airport prior to my departure time?

A: You are required to arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.

Q: How many pieces of luggage am I allowed on the shuttle service?

A: A limit of 1 large suitcase & 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger applies. For further information please refer to our Quote page and our Terms and Conditions page.

Q: What happens to my booking with you if my return flight into Sydney Airport is delayed or cancelled?

A: Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details.

Q: Where are your pick up points at the airport?

Domestic pick ups for Terminal 2 arrivals are at Baggage Carousel 6, Domestic pick ups for Terminal 3 arrivals (Qantas) at Baggage Carousel 5. International arrival pick ups are at the Macdonalds restaurant located in the International arrivals terminal. For further arrival pick up details please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.

Q: What time will you pick me up from my home/hotel to travel to the Airport?

A: Your pick up time will be confirmed at the time of booking. If we have other passengers to pick up we may adjust your pick up time to ensure all passengers make their flights. Should we need to adjust your pick up time, we will contact you the day before your pick up.

Q: Will there be any other passengers sharing the shuttle bus with me?

A: As this is a shared service, for the majority of bookings there may be other passengers. If you wish to book a private charter this can be arranged.

Q: How many passengers are you able to accommodate on the shuttle bus?

A: A maximum of 11 passengers can be accommodated on our shuttle bus.  

The following extra charges are applicable

  • Extra luggage (more than 1 suitcase & 1 carry on per person) $5 per extra piece.
  • Bookings for Public Holidays attract a 10% surcharge.
  • The use of road tolls is not included in the quoted fare and will be added to the total fare if tolls are used.
