Terms & Conditions

  • Full fare must be paid in full at time of pick up. This includes when making a return booking.
  • All fares totalling $100 or more must be prepaid in full. This can be made by funds transfer (time permitting as funds need to reach our account 24 hours prior to pick up time) or by credit card over the phone. The booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
  • All booking cancellations require a minimum 24 hours’ notice prior to your pick up time and no refunds will be given.
  • No refunds will be given if passenger has provided an incorrect Sydney arrival date.
  • Our operating hours are 5am to 5pm everday. An extra charge applies to pick ups & drop offs before 5am and 5pm onwards. Phone us on 0418250731 for details.
  • To ensure all passengers connect with their flights, we require all of our passengers to be ready outside of the nominated address 5 minutes prior to pickup.  This ensures minimal delays, and smooth flowing service to everyone on the journey. GetJet Shuttle Service is committed to ensuring minimal waiting times, although in the case of exceptional circumstances that occur beyond our control, we are not responsible for delays incurred.
  • You are required to arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours prior for international flights. GetJet Shuttle Service will not be liable for any loss, cost or delay incurred by our passengers due to circumstances beyond our control including traffic or weather conditions or from any vehicle breakdown.
  • Domestic Pickups – Generally, 30 minutes should be enough time for baggage clearance. Should you be further delayed, GetJet Shuttle Service cannot guarantee your pick up should other passengers already be available. Every effort however is made to accommodate you in these circumstances. As soon as you can, please have your mobile telephone switched on in order for us to contact you if required. The meeting point for Terminal 2 is carousel 6 and for Terminal 3 is at carousel 3.
  • International Pickups – Upon arrival, passengers must switch on their mobile phone so driver is able to make contact to confirm meeting point. We allow up to 1 hour for customs clearance. Once passengers have cleared customs, they are to make their way to McDonald’s located inside the International arrivals terminal and call the driver who will then come into the terminal to meet the waiting passengers at McDonald’s. If the passenger does not have access to a working mobile phone, the passenger must call the driver from a pay phone inside the terminal. In the rare occasion there is a greater delay we will do our best to wait. However depending on what other pick ups we have, we cannot guarantee collection for extensive delays, but we will make every effort to pick up passengers as soon as we are available.  We have a maximum half hour landing time policy between any two flights booked on the same bus. This may be slightly longer due to last minute flight delays which are beyond our control.
  • Inbound flight delays – If prior to boarding your flight you are notified of a delay for your returning flight please call our office on 0418250731 so we may adjust our timetable to accommodate you. Depending on what other work we have, we cannot always guarantee collection if the delays fall outside of our work schedule.
    • Please note – We use a variety of methods to check flights, and we generally are aware well in advance of any delays related to your flight.
  • Refunds will only occur in the instance where your scheduled flight arrival time to Sydney Airport is delayed to a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled bus departure times. If your flight to Sydney Airport is delayed or cancelled, phone 0418250731  so that we may inform you of the next available bus departing the airport. If this time does not suit, we can then refund your pre-paid return transfer so you can make an alternative arrangement home.
  • Our buses run on a timetable and by law, our drivers must adhere to government regulated driving hours. If your delayed flight arrives at a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled bus departure times, we will endeavour to arrange for another driver to meet you otherwise we will offer you a full refund.
  • The use of road tolls is not included in the quoted fare & will be added to the total fare. For the cost of road tolls please refer to www.rms.nsw.gov.au
  • The following extra charges apply:
    • Surfboards – $10 each
    • Golf Clubs – $10 per set
    • Snow Skis – $10 per set
    • Child Seat/Booster – $5 per seat
    • Bicycles – $20 per bike (must be boxed)
    • Excess Baggage* – $5 per additional item
    • Airport parking charge – $7
  • Anything additional to one large suitcase and one carry-on piece of luggage per person is classified as Excess Baggage.
  • Any excess luggage outside these items will be assessed and charged by driver. If we are not notified of excess luggage at the time of making a booking and it does not fit into our bus, your transfer may be cancelled on the spot without a refund.
  • GetJet Shuttle Service cannot guarantee pick up if we cannot locate you at the required meeting point and/or no contact number is supplied or contactable.
  • If for any reason we cannot meet your flight, a refund will be issued if prepaid. If for any reason we fail to pick up our passengers on the designated date and/or time, we shall not be responsible for the payment of airfares, accommodation, taxi fares, train fares or bus fares or any other related expenses.
  • Airport Parking charges are forwarded to customer. These charges are subject to change without notice. If we are charged parking more than once due to delays inside airport, we may at our discretion forward this charge onto the customer.
  • It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide correct Sydney flight arrival information. GetJet shuttle service will not be held responsible for any incorrect details provided which will result in no refund of the prepaid fare.
